The rules for using letrunthailand.com and its contact form, and how an offer to buy the domain turns into a sale.

1About these terms

These terms apply to the website at https://letrunthailand.com/, run by the owner of the domain name letrunthailand.com (“we”, “us”), and to any offer or enquiry you send through it. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2Offers to buy the domain

letrunthailand.com is not listed for sale at the moment. If you ask about buying it anyway, this section applies.

  • Prices are invitations, not offers. A price shown on this website (such as “Current offer”) is an asking price in US dollars that invites you to make an offer. It is not an offer you can accept. We may change it or withdraw the domain from sale at any time, without notice.
  • Nothing is binding until agreed in writing. Sending the form, or exchanging emails about a price, does not create a contract for either of us. A sale is agreed only when we both confirm in writing the domain, the price, how payment is made and how the domain is transferred.
  • We may decline any offer. We are not obliged to accept the highest offer, to give reasons, or to keep the domain for you until we have agreed. We may sell it to someone else before then.
  • Payment is made only in the way we agree in writing, for example through a licensed escrow service. Unless we agree otherwise, the buyer pays the escrow and payment fees. The domain is not transferred until payment has cleared.
  • Transfer. After payment clears, we start the transfer to the registrar account you name within 3 business days, and help until it completes. Registry and registrar processing can take several more days and is outside our control. Ownership passes to you when the transfer completes; from then on you are responsible for renewals and for the registrar’s terms.
  • What is included with the domain, such as the remaining registration period or privacy protection mentioned on the sale page, is confirmed in our written agreement.
  • Taxes. Each of us is responsible for our own taxes and duties on the sale.
Protect yourself from fraud. We only ever agree payment details in the email conversation that started with your offer through this website. If someone else contacts you claiming to sell letrunthailand.com, or asks you to pay somewhere we did not confirm in that conversation, do not pay and tell us through the contact form.

3The domain is sold as it is

We sell domain names as they are. Phrases on the sale page such as “strong keywords” or “quality rankings” describe why we think a name is attractive; they are opinions, not promises. In particular, we do not promise:

  • that the domain does not conflict with anyone’s trademark or other rights in your country or line of business;

  • is not sent automatically or in bulk, and does not try to get around the bot protection;
  • contains nothing unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful, such as malware or phishing links, and does not pretend to come from someone else.

We may ignore, block or delete messages that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

5Using the website

You may view and link to this website for normal personal or business purposes. You must not:

  • probe, scan or test the website or its servers for vulnerabilities, or try to get access to anything that is not shown to you;
  • interfere with how it works, overload it, or use it to attack other systems;
  • copy or scrape it in a way that puts a heavy load on it, or reuse its design or text as your own.

We may block access from people, networks or tools that do these things.

6Intellectual property

The design, text and graphics of this website belong to us or our licensors, and the domain name letrunthailand.com is registered to us until it is sold. Any other brand or product names that appear belong to their owners; mentioning them does not mean they endorse us.

7Other services and links

The website relies on Cloudflare for hosting and security, and some pages link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of websites we do not run.

8No guarantee the website is available

We try to keep the website accurate and online, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. A price, a “for sale” label or any other information on the website may be wrong or out of date; what we confirm to you in writing is what counts.

9Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, business, goodwill or data, that comes from using the website or from relying on what it says. Our total liability to you for using the website is limited to USD 100. Our liability for a domain sale is set by the written agreement for that sale.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Thai law (including section 373 of the Civil and Commercial Code), and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10Law and disputes

These terms and any sale agreed through this website are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to bring the matter in the courts where you live.

  • If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If a written agreement for a domain sale differs from these terms, the written agreement wins for that sale.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • We may update these terms. The version shown here, with its “Last updated” date, applies from that date; changes do not affect a sale already agreed in writing.
